Great Post Workout Shake Idea

A great home made post workout shake for recovery!

80-100g rolled oats
1 scoop protein powder
1 banana
5g creapure creatine monohydrate
milk to your prefered consistency
blend until mixture is... mixed!

carbs, protein and a little bit of fat and some creatine, perfect for post workout recovery!
